Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of fluomilone eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops on tear fluid and eye surface indexes in the treatment of dry eye syndrome.Methods A total of 80 patients with dry eye syndrome treated in the ophthalmology department of Jiujiang First People's Hospital from October 2022 to December 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops,and the observation group was treated with flumirone eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops.Tear fluid(tear secretion test,tear film breaking time,tear pH value)and ocular surface indexes(lacrimal river height,fluorescence staining,meibomian gland function,degree of redness),adverse drug reactions,duration of symptom remission of dry eye,inflammatory factors[interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP)level]and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results The results of tear secretion test,tear film rupture time and tear pH value in observation group were better than those in control group on 7 and 15 days after treatment(P＜0.05).The lacrimal river height,fluorescence staining,meibomian gland function and the degree of red eye in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on 7 and 15 days of treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse drug reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,but there was no difference between groups(P＞0.05).The relief time of eye pain,dryness,foreign body sensation,burning sensation and photophobia in observation group was shorter than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Fluomirone eye drops combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment of dry eye syndrome can effectively improve the tear and eye surface indexes of patients,quickly relieve symptoms,reduce inflammation,and have good safety.关键词
