摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of Tongguanteng injection combined with XELOX in postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 80 patients with colorectal cancer treated in Chifeng Cancer Hospital from January 2020 to January 2024 were randomly divided into observation group and control group by drawing lots,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with XELOX regimen,and the observation group was treated with Tongguanteng injection combined with XELOX regimen.The disease control rate,quality of life improvement rate,immune function indexes,serum thymidine kinase 1(TK1),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1(sICAM-1),tissue factor(TF)levels before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The disease control rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P＜0.05).The effective rate of life quality improvement in observation group was higher than that in control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of CD3+,CD4+/CD8+,NK cells and CD4+in both groups were increased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum levels of TK1,VEGF,sICAM-1 and TF in 2 groups were decreased(P＜0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Tongguanteng injection combined with XELOX regimen can improve the efficacy and quality of life,improve the level of immune cells,and down-regulate the levels of serum TK1,VEGF,sICAM-1 and TF.关键词
