摘要

Abstract

Objective To separate and purify Ganoderma lucidum spore polysaccharides(G.lucidum spore polysaccharides)by alcohol precipitation and ultrafiltration,and compare the antioxidant activity of the two kinds of G.lucidum spore polysaccharides.Methods G.lucidum spore polysaccharides was isolated and purified by alcohol precipitation and ultrafiltration,using defatted and wall-broken G.lucidum spore powder as raw material,and the yield and content of G.lucidum spore polysaccharides were determined,the antioxidant activity was analyzed by hydroxyl radical scavenging ability,reduction ability and chelate Fe2+activity.Results The yield and content of polysaccharide from G.lucidum spore polysaccharides prepared by ultrafiltration were higher than those prepared by alcohol precipitation,both G.lucidum spore polysaccharides showed good antioxidant activity,the Fe2+chelating ability of G.lucidum spore polysaccharides by alcohol precipitation was better than that by ultrafiltration.Conclusion Both G.lucidum spore polysaccharides have antioxidant activity,and their antioxidant mechanism may be related to their ability to scavenge free radicals,reduce the activity of oxidants,and inhibit the occurrence of oxidative reactions,the results can provide experimental data for the industrial preparation of G.lucidum spore polysaccharides and its application in anti-oxidation field.
