Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of phased rehabilitation training intervention on clinical efficiency and limb function recovery in elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 78 patients with cerebral infarction who received treatment in Gao'an People's Hospital from March 2021 to March 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation nursing,and the observation group received phased rehabilitation training intervention based on the control group.The improvement of limb function,neurological function deficit,activities of daily living,quality of life and rehabilitation efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the motor function scores of upper and lower limbs and balance function rating scale(FMB)of Fugl-Meyer Assessment scale(FMA)in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the score of ADL was significantly higher(P＜0.05).The total effective rate of the two groups was 79.49%and 94.87%,respectively,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).After intervention,the physiological,social and psychological function scores and environmental scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Phased rehabilitation training intervention through systematic,personalized and multi-dimensional training programs,not only can promote the better recovery of limb function of cerebral infarction patients,but also effectively reduce neurological function deficits,help improve motor and cognitive functions,and thus improve the ability of daily living activities,improve the quality of life of patients,and improve the overall effectiveness of rehabilitation.关键词
