Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of health education under the concept of achieving objectives in the Treatment of adult bilateral inguinal hernia patients with transabdominal preperitoneal herniorrhaphy(TAPP).Methods A total of 86 adult patients with bilateral inguinal hernia diagnosed and treated in Jiujiang First People's Hospital from February 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into routine group and intervention group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The routine group carried out routine nursing,and the intervention group carried out health education based on routine nursing.The change of disease knowledge,mental state,self-care ability and rehabilitation effect were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the disease knowledge mastery rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05),and the scores of the self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)were lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-care ability Scale(ESCA)in the intervention group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The VAS score at 5 days after operation in the intervention group was lower than that in the conventional group,the hospital stay was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the rehabilitation efficiency was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the treatment of patients with bilateral inguinal hernia,TAPP can effectively help patients improve their disease knowledge and cognition,reduce their psychological stress response,promote their self-care ability,and obtain more ideal rehabilitation effect.关键词
