Nonlinear Vibration Mechanism of Misalignment-rub Impact Coupling Fault in Rotor Systems

Abstract
A dynamic model of the imbalance-misalignment-rub impact coupling rotor system supported by a 6-DOF rolling bearing was established.Its governing equation was derived and solved by the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method.The mechanism of the influence of misalignment and eccentricity on the vibration response of the system was studied.The calcu-lation results indicate that when the system has no rubbing coupling fault,the amplitude of the second harmonic gradually in-creases with the increase of the misalignment,while the amplitude of the first harmonic gradually decreases with the increase of the misalignment.There is a second harmonic resonance phenomenon at about half of the critical speed position;When the rub-impact coupling fault occurs,the system will generate sub-harmonics and higher harmonics,and an increase of the amount of imbalance and misalignment will exacerbate the degree of rub-impact in the system.Based on the finite element analysis software,the transient dynamic analysis method was used to calculate the vibration response of the imbalance-mis-alignment rotor supported by the rolling bearing.The calculated results were compared with the theoretical results,and the correctness of the theoretical modeling method was verified.关键词
