Abstract

Aiming at the low-frequency broadband sound absorption problem of underwater acoustic coating,three combined models were proposed.By combining the periodic units commonly used in engineering along the thickness direc-tion,the finite element acoustic absorption models with upper and lower cavities,hard core and cavity combination,local res-onance phononic crystal and cavity combination were established respectively.The sound absorption advantages of different combined structures relative to single-layer structures were compared and analyzed,and the mechanism of combined period-ic units was studied to broaden the sound absorption band.On this basis,the Nelder-Mead gradient-free optimization algo-rithm was used to optimize the sound absorption performance of the three combined periodic units.The results show that by arranging different types of units along the thickness direction and coupling the resonance peaks of different frequencies,the sound absorption frequency band can be effectively broadened.This study provides a technical reference for the low-frequen-cy broadband design of acoustic coatings and has a certain engineering guiding significance.
