摘要

Abstract

Axle box bearing is the key component structure of EMU gear system,and its operation stability is directly related to the safety of vehicle operation.In extreme operating environments such as high speed,heavy load,and high tem-perature,axle box bearings are prone to yield various faults.In order to study the dynamic response of axle box bearing un-der compound fault condition,this paper established the transient dynamic model of axle box bearing compound fault of EMU train by combining multi-body dynamics and finite element method,and analyzed the dynamic characteristics of differ-ent parts of axle box bearing when different component faults exist at the same time.It is found that the time-varying dynam-ic load of axle box bearing is more sensitive to its dynamic solution.The peeling compound fault of the inner and outer rings of the bearing will reduce the motion stability of the cage,and the contact between the roller and the inner and outer rings will be disconnected,and the fault characteristic frequency of the inner and outer rings can be clearly identified in the spec-trum analysis.
