摘要

Abstract

Taking the unique independent passenger compartment of fire trucks as the research object,the influence of its top impact on structural strength.internal living space and its impact resistance ability were studied by combining soft-ware simulation and strength testing.A simplified three-dimensional model of the independent passenger compartment was established by means of ANSYS simulation software.Applying static loads to its top side and top plane,the stress and defor-mation of the independent passenger compartment were simulated.According to the requirements of the national standard"Passenger Protection in Commercial Vehicle Cabins",dynamic preloading test and top strength tests were conducted on the real independent passenger compartment to measure its top strength.The results show that the assembly of the independent passenger compartment skin not only has an impact resistance effect on its overall structure under dynamic preloading,but also has a compressive effect on the top strength.It is necessary to strengthen the skeleton structure,design the internal space,and optimize the layout of the seats.
