地铁环境振动对精密仪器影响的预测与分析
Prediction and Analysis of the Influence of Subway Environmental Vibration on Precision Instruments

Abstract
In order to analyze the influence of vibration caused by subway train operation on precision instruments,a precision instrument laboratory in Guangzhou was taken as the research object.The vibration response analysis model was established based on multi-body dynamics software and finite element software,and verified by measurement data.The vi-bration response characteristics in the laboratory under the influence of different speeds,tunnel buried depths and floating slab tracks were analyzed.The results show that the running speed of the subway train has a great influence on the vibration in the laboratory.As the speed decreases from 80 km/h to 40 km/h,the indoor vibration caused by the train operation can meet the specification limits of precision instruments such as″l-3 μm(less than 3 μm)precision machining and detection devices″.The buried depth of the subway tunnel has little effect on the vibration in the laboratory.When the buried depth in-creases from 30 m to 40 m,the subway vibration cannot be effectively reduced to the limit value of precision instruments,and the economic cost will increase.The steel spring floating slab track can make the vibration in the laboratory meet the limit requirements of precision instruments such as ″0.1-0.3 μm ultra-precision machining and detection device,electron beam device and electron microscope″.For precision instruments which allowable vibration values do not exceed 3 μm/s,measures such as installing vibration isolators at the instrument base can be taken to ensure the normal work of the instru-ments.关键词
