Effect of Reed Parameters in Soft Support System of Horizontal Dynamic Balancing Machine on Test Precision

Abstract
The existence of unbalance mass of rotor is a key factor affecting the stability of motor operation.In order to reduce the influence of the signal corresponding to the natural frequency of the dynamic balance measurement system on the measurement result,it is necessary to control the natural frequency and keep it away from the rotating power frequency of the rotor during the measurement.The spring of the support part of the measurement system is an important factor affecting the natural frequency of the system.Therefore,in this paper,a dynamic model of the rotor-support system was established,and the influence of the natural frequency and mass of the support system on the sensitivity of the support system was ana-lyzed.Then,the relationship between the size parameters of the spring of the support system and the natural frequency of the system was analyzed,so as to design the best reed size.Finally,the vibration response characteristics of rotors under differ-ent natural frequency support systems were studied.The conclusion of this work is helpful to improve the measurement accu-racy and stability of the rotor dynamic balancing machines.关键词
