气动锚杆钻机的高噪声控制研究
Study on High Noise Control of Pneumatic Bolt Drilling Rig
摘要
Abstract
The pneumatic bolt drilling rig commonly used in roadway support was taken as the research object,its high noise in the course of work was studied.Firstly,the working principle of the pneumatic bolting rig was studied,the noise generation mechanism was summarized based on the principle,the main noise source was analyzed.Then the spectrum dia-gram was analyzed based on the collected sound source radiated noise data,to find the frequency band distribution and main parts of the noise,and propose the noise control measures.Afterwards,the muffler design of the pneumatic motor exhaust port was conducted,and the acoustic simulation was carried out using the LMS software.And the applicability of the struc-ture was verified.Finally,the muffler was prepared and installed to motor exhaust port with the appropriate sound-absorbing materials laid.The experimental verification after noise reduction was carried out,and the noise data after the improvement was measured.It was indicated that the expected effect of noise reduction was achieved.This work has a certain reference value and guiding significance for the noise control of pneumatic bolting rigs.关键词
