昆虫中水平转移基因的研究进展
Research progress on horizontal gene transfer in insects
摘要
Abstract
Horizontal gene transfer(HGT),also known as lateral gene transfer(LGT),refers to the transfer of genetic material between organisms that are not parent-offspring relatives.While HGT has been extensively studied in prokaryotes,research on this phenomenon in eukaryotes remains limited.However,increasing evidence suggests that HGT plays a significant role in the genomic evolution of eu-karyotic organisms,including insects.This review summarizes recent studies on insect HGT genes origi-nating from viruses,bacteria,fungi,and plant,and explores mechanisms of HGT in eukaryotes.Addi-tionally,it discusses the potential applications of HGT in green pest management,providing a novel perspective for the sustainable and control of agricultural pests.关键词
