消化内镜下黏膜剥离术治疗早期结直肠癌的效果及对血清CA125、CA153、CA199的影响
Effect of Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection in the Treatment of Early Colorectal Cancer and Its Impact on Serum Levels of CA125,CA153 and CA199

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)in the treatment of early colorectal cancer and its impact on serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)and carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199).Method:A total of 102 patients with early colorectal cancer who admitted to Xiaogan First People's Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group(n=50)and the experimental group(n=52)according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with endoscopic mucosal resection(EMR),and the experimental group was treated with ESD.The resection effect,surgical indicators,serum CA125,CA153,CA199 levels and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The overall resection rate and tissue curative resection rate in the experimental group were 96.15%and 92.31%,respectively,which were higher than 84.00%and 76.00%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The surgical time of the experimental group was longer than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the amount of intraoperative blood loss between two groups(P>0.05).At 1 month after operation,the levels of CA125,CA153 and CA199 in two groups were lower than those before operation,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 9.61%,compared with 8.00%in the control group,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:ESD in the treatment of early colorectal cancer can improve the effect of tumor resection,without increasing the amount of intraoperative blood loss,reduce the level of serum tumor markers,and has good safety,but the operation time is longer.关键词
