Effect of Indocyanine Green Labeled Fluorescence Assisted Laparoscopic Radical Gastrectomy for Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Indocyanine Green(ICG)labeled fluorescence assisted laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Method:A total of 70 patients who underwent laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in who treated in Ankang People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the observation objects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional laparoscopic radical gastrectomy,and the observation group was treated with ICG labeled fluorescence assisted laparoscopic radical gastrectomy.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,number of central lymph node dissection and complications were compared between two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the operation time was shorter than that in the control group,and the number of central lymph node dissection was more than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:ICG labeled fluorescence assisted laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer in patients with gastric cancer has better surgical effect and safety,which can increase the number of central lymph node dissection.关键词
