宁心安神膏对全膝关节置换术患者围手术期睡眠质量、焦虑情绪、疼痛及功能恢复的影响
Effect of Ningxin Anshen Ointment on Perioperative Sleep Quality,Anxiety,Pain and Functional Recovery in Patients Undergoing Total Knee Arthroplasty

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Ningxin Anshen Ointment on perioperative sleep quality,anxiety,pain and functional recovery in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Method:A total of 72 patients with knee osteoarthritis who admitted to the Department of Arthrology in Quanzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment,and the observation group was given Ningxin Anshen Ointment on the basis of the control group.The sleep quality[Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)],anxiety[self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)],knee joint pain[visual analogue scale(VAS)]and knee joint function[Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)]were compared between two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in the PSQI score,SAS score,knee VAS score before treatment and PSQI score at 1 d before operation between two groups(P>0.05);the SAS score at 1 d before operation,PSQI score,knee VAS score and SAS score at 7 d and 14 d after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the HSS score of knee joint between two groups before treatment and 14 d after operation(P>0.05);the HSS scores of knee joint at 14 d after operation in two groups were higher than those before operation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ningxin Anshen Ointment can effectively improve the perioperative sleep quality and anxiety of TKA patients,relieve knee joint pain and function,and is conducive to postoperative recovery.关键词
