Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of plum-blossom needle tapping along meridians combined with Alteplase in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after cerebral infarction.Method:A total of 136 patients with spastic hemiplegia after cerebral infarction who admitted to the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Macheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the single treatment group and the combined treatment group according to the random number table method,with 68 cases in each group.The single treatment group was treated with Alteplase,and the combined treatment group was treated with plum-blossom needle tapping along meridians combined with Alteplase,two groups were treated for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,daily living ability[Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA),Barthel index(BI)]and neurological deficits[National Institute of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)]were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the single treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores and NIHSS scores of two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the single treatment group,the FMA scores and BI index of two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the single treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plum-blossom needle tapping along meridians combined with Alteplase in the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after cerebral infarction is beneficial to improve the clinical effect,improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and neurological deficits,and improve motor function and daily living ability.关键词
