Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of hysteroscopic electric resection and Gestrinone in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps(EP).Method:A total of 66 patients with EP from January 2021 to January 2024 admitted in Beijing Huairou Hospital were selected,and they were randomly divided into study group(n=33)and control group(n=33)by random number table method.The control group treated with hysteroscopic electric resection.The study group treated with hysteroscopic electric resection and Gestrinone.The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness,menstrual volume,estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),degree of dysmenorrhea pain,quality of sexual life in both groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,the endometrial thickness of the two groups were thinner and the menstrual volume decreased,the endometrial thickness of the study group was thinner than that of the control group,and the menstrual volume was less,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,ER and PR decreased in both groups,and ER and PR in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of both groups decreased at 3 months after surgery,and VAS score of study group was lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 months after surgery,female sexual function index scale(FSFI)scores of both groups were increased,and FSFI scores of study group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of hysteroscopic electric resection and Gestrinone in the treatment of EP patients can improve clinical efficacy,thin the endometrium,reduce menstrual flow,lower estrogen and progesterone receptors,alleviate dysmenorrhea,improve sexual quality of life.关键词
