抗感颗粒联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果
Curative Effect of Kanggan Granules Combined with Azithromycin on Children with Mycoplasmal Pneumoniae Pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Kanggan Granules combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children.Method:A total of 220 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to Yuan'an County People's Hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into Azithromycin group and combined group,110 cases in each group.The Azithromycin group was treated with Azithromycin,and the combined group was treated with Kanggan Granules on the basis of the Azithromycin group.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks.The therapeutic effects,adverse reactions,serum levels of interleukin-1β(IL-1β),soluble myeloid cell trigger receptor-1(sTREM-1),cysteinyl leukotrienes(CysLTs),pulmonary function indexes[peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in the first second as a percentage of the expected value(FEV1%pred)]were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate in combined group was 92.73%,which was higher than 83.64%in Azithromycin group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of IL-1β,sTREM-1 and CysLT in both groups were decreased after treatment,and the combined group was lower than the Azithromycin group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the levels of FEV1%pred and PEF in the two groups were increased after treatment,and the combined group was higher than the Azithromycin group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Kanggan Granules combined with Azithromycin can improve curative effect,reduce levels of serum IL-1β,sTREM-1 and CysLTs,and improve pulmonary function of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.关键词
