布拉式酵母菌散联合四联疗法对Hp阳性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者Hp清除率、胃肠激素水平及免疫功能的影响
Effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets Combined with Quadruple Therapy on Hp Clearance Rate,Gastrointestinal Hormone Level and Immune Function of Patients with Hp-positive Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets combined with quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori(Hp)clearance rate,gastrointestinal hormone level and immune function of patients with Hp-positive chronic atrophic gastritis.Method:A total of 300 patients with Hp-positive chronic atrophic gastritis who admitted to Xiaogan First People's Hospital from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the control group(n=149,quadruple therapy)and the combined group(n=151,Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets combined with quadruple therapy)according to the random number table method.The Hp clearance rate,gastrointestinal hormone level and immune function changes were compared between two groups,and the incidence of adverse reactions was recorded.Result:The Hp clearance rate of the combined group was 94.04%,which was higher than 87.25%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of pepsinogen Ⅰ(PGⅠ),gastrin 17(G-17),motilin(MTL)and CD8+in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than the control group,the levels of CD3+and CD4+in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group was 3.97%,which was lower than 10.74%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Saccharomyces Boulardii Sachets combined with quadruple therapy in the treatment of Hp-positive chronic atrophic gastritis can improve Hp clearance rate,effectively regulate gastrointestinal hormone level,enhance immune function,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.关键词
