Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Finerenone in the treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic kidney disease.Method:A total of 112 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic kidney disease who treated in Suzhou Xiangcheng People's Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,the patients were divided into the reference group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 56 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine hypoglycemic therapy,and the study group was given Finerenone treatment on the basis of the control group,both groups were treated continuously for 15 d.The renal function indexes,renal fibrosis indexes before and after treatment,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Result:After treatment,the levels of serum creatinine(Scr),urea nitrogen(BUN),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),24 h urine protein quantification,urinary albumin/creatinine ratio(UACR),transforming growth factor(TGF-β1),tissue matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1(TIMP-1)and type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C)in two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those in the study group were lower than the reference group,the estimated glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)levels in two groups were higher than those before treatment,and those in the study group were higher than the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the total effective rate of the study group was 91.07%,which was higher than 75.00%of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);during the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Fennelenone can effectively improve the renal function indexes and renal fibrosis indexes of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with chronic kidney disease,provide clinical effect,and has high safety.关键词
