Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture in the treatment of motor aphasia after ischemic stroke.Method:A total of 76 patients with motor aphasia after ischemic stroke admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Juancheng County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 as the research and analysis objects.According to the simple random grouping method,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The former and the latter received rehabilitation treatment,rehabilitation treatment and acupuncture treatment respectively.The therapeutic effects,speech function,neurological function,quality of life,and neurotrophic factors between two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of Chinese aphasia checklist(ABC)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NHISS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of comprehensive quality of life assessment questionnaire(GQOLI-74)was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF),insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)and nerve growth factor(NGF)in observation group were higher than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture has a good effect on patients with motor aphasia after ischemic stroke.It can improve speech function,nerve function and quality of life by adjusting the level of neurotrophic factors,which is beneficial to the early recovery of patients.关键词
