摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of hysteroscopic transcervical resection of polyps(TCRP)combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps.Method:A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyps who admitted to Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hysteroscopic TCRP,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic TCRP combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol Tablets(Ⅱ).The clinical efficacy,endometrial thickness and menstrual bleeding score before and after treatment,liver and kidney function and coagulation function before treatment and 3 months after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the endometrial thickness and menstrual blood loss score after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no significant differences in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,creatinine and D-dimer between two groups before treatment and 3 months after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hysteroscopic TCRP combined with Drospirenone Ethinylestradiol in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps can improve the clinical effect,reduce endometrial thickness,reduce menstrual volume,and has high safety,and does not cause liver and kidney,coagulation function and other abnormalities.关键词
