Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with modified Qingre Huatan Decoction on patients with acute respiratory failure(ARF).Method:The clinical data of 87 ARF patients admitted to Anhai Hospital of Jinjiang City from April 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment methods.The reference group(n=42)was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group(n=45)was treated with acupuncture combined with modified Qingre Huatan Decoction on the basis of the above,and the recovery status of the patients was assessed by the acute physiological and chronic health score scale(APACHE-Ⅱ).Arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO2),heart rate(HR),arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),procalcitonin(PCT)and traditional Chinese medicine symptom score of the two groups were analyzed.Result:Before treatment,there were no statistical significances in HR,PaO2 and PaCO2 levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,HR and PaCO2 levels in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,while PaO2 levels were higher than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,ESR,CRP and PCT indexes in observation group were significantly lower than those in reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in APACHE-Ⅱ scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the APACHE-Ⅱ score of observation group was significantly lower than that of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of acupuncture combined with modified Qingre Huatan Decoction in ARF patients is remarkable,which can not only improve the respiratory rate and blood gas indexes,but also effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms and reduce the release of inflammatory mediators.关键词
