Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction in the treatment of persistent gouty arthritis.Method:A total of 89 patients with persistent gouty arthritis who admitted to Xiamen Tong'an District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into the observation group(Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decoction combined with Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets+Etoricoxib Tablets,n=45)and the control group(Sodium Bicarbonate Tablets+Etoricoxib Tablets,n=44)by random number table method.The joint resting pain,pressing pain,swelling and clinical efficacy were compared between two groups.Result:There were significant differences in the visual analogue scale(VAS)scores of joint resting pain and pressing pain,swelling scores between groups,time and interaction between two groups(P<0.05);the joint resting pain,pressing pain VAS scores and swelling scores of two groups at 7 d and 14 d after treatment were lower than those before treatment,but the joint resting pain,pressing pain VAS scores and swelling score of two groups at 14 d after treatment were higher than those at 7 d after treatment,but the joint resting pain,pressing pain VAS scores and swelling scores of the observation group at 7 d and 14 d after treatment were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Modified Guizhi Shaoyao Zhimu Decotion can significantly improve the clinical resting pain and pressing pain and reduce joint swelling in patients with persistent gouty arthritis,and has a good clinical efficacy.关键词
