Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of cowherb seed auricular acupuncture on lactation initiation time and milk secretion of parturient.Method:From September 2022 to February 2024 in Xuzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital,160 parturients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were studied.According to the order of admission time,they were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine breastfeeding guidance,and the observation group was given routine breastfeeding guidance with the addition of cowherb seed auricular acupuncture.The first lactation time of the two groups,the number of urine and fecal,weight on the first,second and third days after delivery of the two groups were compared,and the lactation volume classification of the two groups after 1 month was analyzed.Result:The proportion of puerperal lactation start time<24 h in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the proportion of puerperal lactation start time>48 h was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,grade Ⅰ accounted for more milk than the control group,and grade Ⅲ accounted for less than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of urinary and defecation of newborns in the observation group on the 3rd day after delivery was more than that in the control group,and the weight of newborns on the 2nd and 3rd day after delivery was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Postpartum application of auricular acupuncture can shorten the time of lactation initiation,improve lactation volume,promote newborn development,and improve the frequency of defecation and body mass of newborn.关键词
