Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of"Tongdu Tiaoshen"acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction on patients with post-stroke hemiplegia.Method:A total of 80 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia who treated in Ganyu District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Lianyungang City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided by touch ball method,with odd numbers as control group(n=40)and even numbers as observation group(n=40).The control group was given"Tongdu Tiaoshen"acupuncture,and the observation group was given Buyang Huanwu Decoction on the basis of the control group.The neurological function,traditional Chinese medicine symptom score,limb function and clinical efficacy of two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA)scores in the two groups were increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,the modified Ashworth scale(MAS)scores,traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores in two groups were decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:"Tongdu Tiaoshen"acupuncture combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction can improve the neurological function of patients with post-stroke hemiplegia,improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and limb function,and the effect is significant.关键词
