摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effects of stereotactic body radiotherapy(SBRT)and intensity modulated radiotherapy(IMRT)in the treatment of stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)unsuitable for surgery.Method:A total of 66 patients with stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer unsuitable for surgery who treated in Wuwei Cancer Hospital of Gansu Province from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as observation objects, the observation objects were divided into the observation group(SBRT treatment)and the control group(IMRT treatment)according to different treatment methods,33 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, tumor marker levels and immune function before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Result:Compared with the control group, the disease remission rate and disease control rate of the observation group were higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);compared with the control group, the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)and CD8+in the observation group were lower, while the levels of CD3+and CD4+were higher, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with stage Ⅰ non-small cell lung cancer unsuitable for surgery, the therapeutic effect of SBRT is significantly better than that of IMRT,the former can not only improve the remission rate and disease control rate, but also reduce the levels of tumor markers and alleviate the adverse effects on their immune function.关键词
