椎管内麻醉与全身麻醉在妊娠期高血压疾病产妇剖宫产术中的应用及对新生儿的影响
Application of Intravertebral Anesthesia and General Anesthesia in Cesarean Section of Pregnant Women with Hypertensive Diseases during Pregnancy and Its Influence on Newborns

Abstract
Objective:To compare the application effects of intravertebral anesthesia and general anesthesia in cesarean section of pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy and its influence on newborns.Method:A total of 100 pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy who received cesarean section in Changzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different anesthesia methods,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given general anesthesia,and the observation group was given intravertebral anesthesia.Anesthetic indexes,hemodynamic indexes,neonatal indexes and adverse outcomes were compared between the two groups.Result:The operation time in the observation group was shorter than that of control group,and blood loss was less that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in mean arterial pressure(MAP),oxygen saturation(SpO2)and heart rate(HR)between the two groups at different times(P>0.05).At 5 min after operation(T1),MAP,SpO2 and HR in the two groups were lower than those before anesthesia(T0)and at the end of operation(T2);at T0,MAP,SpO2 and HR of the two groups were higher than those at T2 and T1,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The 5 min Apgar score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse outcomes in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravertebral anesthesia for cesarean section in pregnant women with hypertensive diseases during pregnancy has good efficacy and can reduce adverse outcomes.关键词
