摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the effects of two surgical methods in the treatment of patients with early endometrial cancer.Method:A total of 61 patients with early endometrial cancer who admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, the patients were divided into the control group(n=30,traditional open surgery)and the observation group(n=31,laparoscopic surgery)according to different surgical methods. The postoperative recovery, complications and levels of inflammatory mediators were compared between two groups.Result:The postoperative anal exhaust time, postoperative ambulation time and postoperative hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the female sexual function index(FSFI)score was higher than that in the control group, and the postoperative complication rate was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after operation, the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in two groups were higher than those before operation, but those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with traditional open surgery, laparoscopic surgery is effective in the treatment of patients with early endometrial cancer,it can reduce the levels of postoperative inflammatory mediators, reduce complications such as deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs, shorten the length of hospital stay, and promote postoperative recovery as soon as possible.关键词
