Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of totally laparoscopic distal gastrectomy(TLDG)combined with empowerment theory intervention in patients with gastric cancer.Method:A total of 108 gastric cancer patients admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from September 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 cases in each group.Both groups were given TLDG treatment,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was given empowerment theory intervention,and the emotional state,self-care ability and quality of life of patients in the two groups were evaluated and compared.Result:After 14 d of intervention,the score of mood state scale(POMS)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the score of exercise of self-care agency scale(ESCA)was higher than that in the control group,the score of functional domain and overall quality of life in the quality of life scale(EORTC QLQ-C30)was higher than that in the control group,and the score of symptom domain and single symptom factor was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In gastric cancer patients,TLDG combined with empowerment theory intervention can improve their emotional state,enhance their self-care ability,and significantly improve their quality of life.关键词
