摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of positive suggestion and task-oriented training on motor function and cognitive functions of patients with Parkinson's disease(PD).Method:A total of 100 PD patients who admitted to the Department of Neurology, the Fourth People's Hospital of Zhenjiang from March 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects, they were divided into the control group(n=50,negative)and study group(n=50,positive)by coin tossing method. The control group was given routine nursing and rehabilitation training, and the study group was given positive suggestion and task-oriented training on the basis of the control group. The serum neurotransmitter levels, cognitive function and motor function were compared between two groups.Result:After intervention, the levels of brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF),5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and Fugl-Meyer motor function scale(FMA)scores of upper and lower limbs in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);at 2 months and 4 months of intervention, the Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scores and mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores in two groups were higher than those before intervention, and those in the study group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Positive suggestion can effectively improve the cognitive and mental state of PD patients, combined task-oriented training can effectively increase serum neurotransmitter levels and improve limb motor ability.关键词
