The Impact of Different Posture Management on Adult Patients with Acute Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of implementing different posture management plans in the nursing of patients with acute heart failure(AHF).Method:Seventy adult patients with AHF treated in the Department of Cardiology of the Second People's Hospital of Qinzhou from July 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number method.35 patients in the control group chose forced position and 35 patients in the observation group chose self-comfortable position.The comfort[general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)]and the oxygenation index[partial pressure of oxygen in arterial blood(PaO2),partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood(PaCO2)],dyspnea degree(Borg dyspnea score),clinical indicators[heart rate(HR),respiration rate(RR),central venous pressure(CVP),brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)]were compared between the two groups.Result:There were no significant differences in comfort scores,oxygenation index,dyspnea degree and clinical indexes between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the comfort score and PaO2 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the dyspnea score,PaCO2,HR,RR,CVP and BNP were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of patients with AHF,assisting them to choose comfortable position can improve their comfort,improve dyspnea and oxygenation index,and stabilize heart rate and respiration.关键词
