浙江省老年人群生活方式与慢性病发生风险相关性分析
Correlation Analysis between Lifestyle and Risk of Chronic Diseases among Elderly Population in Zhejiang Province

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the correlation between lifestyle and risk of chronic diseases in elderly population in Zhejiang Province.Method:A total of 5 941 elderly people in Zhejiang Province from April to July 2022 were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method,the lifestyle and chronic disease prevalence of elderly population were investigated and analyzed by the elderly frailty screening assessment questionnaire,including the general data and the prevalence of chronic diseases of elderly population,the incidence and lifestyle of<5 or non-comorbid chronic diseases(control group)and≥5 chronic diseases(observation group)were compared,and the influencing factors of multiple chronic diseases in elderly population were analyzed.Result:Hypertension patients accounted for the highest proportion,followed by diabetes,osteoporosis patients accounted for the third place.A total of 438 elderly patients had≥5 chronic diseases and 5 503 elderly patients had<5 chronic diseases and non-comorbid chronic diseases.The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that smoking 100 cigarettes,smoking in the past 30 d,weekly moderate-intensity physical activity times,time of each physical activity,drinking frequency,vegetable intake and fruit intake were all influencing factors of multiple chronic diseases in the elderly(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of chronic diseases and the rate of multiple chronic diseases in the elderly population in Zhejiang Province are high,the lifestyle can affect the chronic diseases of elderly population,elderly population develops a healthy lifestyle to effectively prevent and control chronic diseases and maintain life and health.关键词
