椎间盘退变动物模型研究进展
Research Progress on Animal Models of Intervertebral Disc Degeneration
摘要
Abstract
Intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD)is now recognized as an important cause of low back pain and disability in people of working age,it is a global health problem.At present,the IDD mechanism is not clear,so animal models need to be used to study causes,development processes and treatment methods.IDD animal models are diverse,each with advantages and disadvantages,which can be divided into induction,genes,spontaneous categories,etc.The article discusses the method of making the IDD animal model,which provides a reference for the study of intervertebral disk degenerative diseases.关键词
