Abstract
As stated in The True Biography of Medical Science,"Yang is the root of Yin,and if Yang is sufficient,Yin will be eliminated and all diseases will be prevented",and regulating and maintaining the relative balance of Yin and Yang is the fundamental method of diagnosing and treating diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.Based on the theory of supporting Yang and the overall concept of diagnosis and treatment,this paper considers that the etiology and pathogenesis of post-stroke depression is based on the failure of the heart and brain's divine mechanism,with kidney deficiency as the root cause,and the loss of warmth in the liver and spleen,with phlegm and stasis of blood as the target cause.Therefore,this treatment is based on the principle of warming Yang and opening up depression,regulating the divine mechanism,promoting Yang and removing turbidity,and exempting phlegm and removing blood stasis,so as to make the human body's Yang Qi play the functions of regulating Qi and blood,promoting Qi,warming the viscera and excretion of turbid toxins and thus achieve the state of Yin and Yang,then the theory of Fuyang is used to take preventive measures to regulate the body's constitution to intervene in the occurrence of this disease,with a view to providing theoretical references and ideas of treatment for the clinical treatment and prevention of post-stroke depression.关键词
