股骨近端仿生髓内钉在股骨转子间骨折治疗上的研究进展
Research Progress of Proximal Femoral Bionic Nail in the Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fractures
摘要
Abstract
Hip fractures in the elderly are known as the"last fracture of life",and intertrochanteric fractures of the elderly femur are a common and serious type of osteoporotic fracture,which puts the elderly at high risk of death and loss of self-care,and is also expensive to treat.Early surgical treatment is an effective way to improve patients'quality of life and reduce complications.Closed reduction and intramedullary fixation is an effective surgical method,but different choices of intramedullary nailing have significant differences in the early postoperative functional exercise and rehabilitation effects.This article reviews the progress of different internal fixation treatments and the application of bionic nails in the proximal femur.关键词
