多效唑和烯效唑对人参植株生长及有效成分积累的影响
Effects of Paclobutrazol and Uniconazole on the Growth and Accumulation of Active Components of Panax ginseng

Abstract
Objective:To screen the suitable chemical control regulator for inhibiting the excessive growth of Panax ginseng seedling.Methods:The effects of paclobutrazol and uniconazole on the growth of Panax ginseng plants and the content of active components were studied by random block method with 3 different concentrations of paclobutrazol and uniconazole as chemical control regulator.Results:The plant height of Panax ginseng decreased with the increase of the concentration of paclobutrazol(100 to 300 mg/L)and uniconazole(25 to 75 mg/L),and the stem diameter first increased and then decreased with the increase of application concentration.The application of chemical control regulator had a certain inhibitory effect on the growth of plant leaf area,and the leaf area decreased with the increase of the concentration(mainly to inhibit the leaf length),which significantly promoted the root growth,and the root shoot ratio increased with the increase of the application concentration.In terms of the improvement of physiological characteristics,uniconazole was more beneficial to improve the root activity and chlorophyll content of Panax ginseng plants than paclobutrazol.The total content of eight saponins in-creased firstly and the decreased with the increase of application concentration of paclobutrazol(100 to 300 mg/L),and increased with the increase of application concentration of uniconazde(25 to 75 mg/L).The subordinate function analysis and evaluation of 9 indexes of Pa-nax ginseng plant growth and saponin content were conducted,and the comprehensive ranking was S2>P2>S1>S3>P3>P1>CK.Conclu-sion:The application with the concentration of 50 mg/L of uniconazole in leaf expansion stage of Panax ginseng seedling production can achieve the purpose of inhibiting seedling excessive growth.关键词
