绿萝花中酚酸类化学成分研究
Phenolic Acids from the Buds of Edgeworthia gardneri
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study phenolic acids from the buds of Edgeworthia gardneri.Methods:The ethanol extract of Edgeworthia gardneri buds was isolated and purified by silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,AB-8 macroporous adsorption resin column chromatography and semipreparative HPLC,and the structures were identified by physicochemical properties,NMR and MS.Results:Sixteen compounds were isolated from the ethanol extract of Edgeworthia gardneri buds and identified as eicosanyl ferulate(1),3-(4'-formylphenoxy)-4-methoxybenzaldehyde(2),zingerone(3),1-O-caffeoylglycerol(4),syringin(5),4-(3',4'-dihydroxyphenyl)-butan-2-one-4'-O-β-D-glu-coside(6),7,8-dihydroferulic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),methyl(E)-2,3-dihydroxy-4-((3-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)ac-ryloyl)oxy)butanoate(8),zingerone-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(9),methyl(E)-ferulate(10),methyl chlorogenate(11),4-O-caffeoyl quinic acid methyl ester(12),methyl caffeate(13),zingerol(14),3-O-(E)-feruloyl quinic acid methyl ester(15),ethyl chlorogenate(16),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,Compounds 1,2,4,7,8,10 to 13,15,16 are isolated from Edgeworthia genus for the first time.关键词
