麦冬饮片、中间体、配方颗粒的相关性分析
Correlation Analysis of Pieces,Intermediates and Formula Granules of Ophiopogonis Radix

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the law of quantity transfer of Ophiopogonis Radix pieces,intermediates and formula granules,so as to provide data support for the quality control and application of formula granules Ophiopogonis Radix.Methods:HPLC method was used to establish fingerprint of Ophiopogonis Radix pieces,intermediates and formula granules and to determine the common peak of fin-gerprint,the transfer rate of index components,the extract rate and the change of total saponins of Ophiopogonis Radix.Combined with UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap/MS,the law of quantity transfer during the preparation of Ophiopogonis Radix formula granules was analyzed.Re-sults:The fingerprints of Ophiopogonis Radix pieces,intermediates and formula granules identified 16 common peaks,respectively.The transfer rate of index components in pieces-intermediates was low.The content of total saponins was stable,and the transfer rate was high.The chemical composition of the three samples was basically the same,and 13 steroid saponins and 5 flavonoids were identified,respectively.Conclusion:The chemical composition of Ophiopogonis Radix pieces,intermediates and formula granules is the same.HPLC fingerprint and content determination method can be used for the quality control of the whole production process of Ophiopogonis Radix formula granules.关键词
