摘要

Abstract

Objective:To establish HPLC fingerprint of Ligularia schmidtii leaves and to determine the contents of 4 components.Methods:HPLC fingerprint of 10 batches of Ligularia schmidtii leaves was established by"Traditional Chinese medicine chromatograph-ic fingerprint similarity evaluation system(2004 A edition)",and similarity evaluation was carried out.SPSS 23.0 and SIMCA 14.1 software were used for cluster analysis,principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis.With the variable importance projection(VIP)value greater than 1 as the standard,the markers affecting the quality of Ligularia schmidtii leaves were screened,the content of the compounds were determined.Results:There were 20 common peaks in the fingerprints of 10 batches of Ligularia schmidtii leaves,and the similarity was 0.845 to 0.999.Four components were identified,namely chlorogenic acid,rutin,lute-olin and isochlorogenic acid A,the contents of which were 17.42~36.62 mg/g,0.99~1.81 mg/g,0.36~0.67 mg/g and 1.03~2.17 mg/g,respectively.Conclusion:The established HPLC fingerprint and component content determination method of Ligularia schmidtii leaves is simple and accurate,and can be used for the quality evaluation of Ligularia schmidtii.
