Research progress on m6 A methylation reader protein YTHDF3 and its regula-tion of cancer initiation and progression
摘要
Abstract
N6-methyladenosine(m6A)is the most prevalent post-transcriptional modification of RNA in eu-karyotic cells.As a crucial methyl reader protein involved in m6A modification,YTH N6-methyladenosine RNA binding protein F3(YTHDF3)can identify downstream target genes following m6A modification and participate in the regulation of gene expression.Current research suggests that YTHDF3 plays a pivotal role in the onset and progression of cancer,influencing cancer cell migration,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,and angiogenesis.YTHDF3 has the potential to emerge as a novel molecular target for cancer diagnosis and drug development,of-fering fresh insights and directions for tumor diagnosis and treatment.This article aims to comprehensively review the research advancements of YTHDF3 in cancer,presenting novel research concepts and treatment targets for the clinical investigation of m6A modification in cancer therapy.关键词
