基于数据挖掘的藏药汤剂主治疾病及用药规律研究
Study on main treatment diseases and medication rule in Tibetan medicine decoction based on data mining

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the rule of using Tibetan medicine decoction.Methods:The database of Tibetan medicine decoction was established using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform(v2.5),and the data mining and statistical analysis methods were used to analyze the drug frequency,disease indications,common drug combinations,prescription rules and new prescriptions in the database.Results:A total of 441 prescriptions and 425 Tibetan medicine were included after screening,including 362 botanical drugs(85.18%),35 animal drugs(8.4%)and 26 mineral drugs(6.12%).There were 28 kinds of drugs used with frequency≥20,and the top 3 drugs were Hezi(33.18%),Yuganzi(26.59%),and Maohezi(17.65%).The main diseases included 17 types,and the top 3 diseases were liver and gallbladder diseases(17.71%),gastrointestinal system diseases(17.08%)and metabolic diseases(13.75%).Conclusion:After Tibetan medicine decoction were collected and sorted,the rules of its drug use characteristics,drug frequency,association rules and other aspects are statistically explored,so as to provide references for subsequent scholars on the clinical use of Tibetan medicine decoction and the development of new prescriptions.关键词
