巴基斯坦《哈姆达德东方医学药典》收载药材的特点
The characteristics of medicinal materials in Hamdard Pharmacopeia of Eastern Medicine of Pakistan
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the characteristics of herbal species,medicinal parts,actions and therapeutic uses of medicinal materials contained in Hamdard Pharmacopeia of Eastern Medicine(HPEM)and to deepen the understanding of Unani herbs of Pakistan.Methods:A database was created with details of 130 herbs included in HPEM and the medicinal materials were analyzed using Excel software.Results:The detailed information of 130 medicinal materials included 126 botanical drugs,3 animal drugs and 1 mineral drug.The medicinal materials involved a total of 59 families,among which the common families were Legume,Compositae,Labiaceae,Ummbrelliaceae,Cucurbitaceae,etc.A total of 123 medicinal materials(122 botanical drugs and 1 animal drug)were clearly recorded in their medicinal parts,and the common medicinal parts were fruits and seeds,roots and rhizomes,leaves,flower and barks,etc.Habitat information was recorded for 69 drugs,most of which were found in mountainous areas,regions,coasts,and moist places.Administrative geographical distribution was recorded for 127 drugs,with most distributed in Asia,especially in India and Pakistan.Pharmacological actions are recorded for 129 drugs,with common effects being diuretic,tonic,excitant and stimulant,analgesic,sedative.The clinical therapeutic uses of these medicinal materials involve a total of 17 systemic diseases,among which digestive system diseases,respiratory disease and infectious disease are more common.Conclusion:The information on the herbs recorded in HPEM is highly characteristic,with detailed descriptions of the medicinal parts,efficacy and indication of treatment.It is useful to promote the understanding Unani herbs of Pakistan.关键词
