不同气流循环模式热泵密集烤房内流场分析
Analysis on Internal Flow Field in Heat Pump Bulk Curing Barn with Different Airflow Circulation Modes

Abstract
In order to investigate the changes of the internal flow field in the heat pump bulk curing barns with open and closed airflow circulation modes during the flue-curing process of tobacco leaves,the air velocity field and temperature field inside the tobacco loading chamber of the curing barn with two airflow circulation modes in different flue-curing stages were simulated by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)method.The results showed that the difference of air velocity fields inside the tobacco loading chamber between the simulated open and closed heat pump bulk curing barns was not obvious,and the overall air velocity distribution in the tobacco loading chamber of both types of curing barns was uniform,and the hot air mobility was good.The range of temperature variation in the tobacco loading chamber of the simulated open and closed heat pump bulk curing barns was suitable,the overall temperature difference was small,and the temperature uniformity in the tobacco loading chamber of the simulated closed heat pump bulk curing barn was better than that of the open type.In summary,the CFD method is feasible and practical for studying the internal flow field in the bulk curing barn.The analysis on the simulated internal flow field in the heat pump bulk curing barns with different air circulation modes can provide theoretical support for the selection of barn types in actual production and has certain significance for improving the flue-curing effect of tobacco leaves.关键词
