数据强制配平规则在土地勘测定界中的应用
Application of forced data trimming rules in land surveying and demarcation

Abstract
The calculation of the latest annual change survey data being traced back to the data from the second national land survey(hereinafter referred to as the"second survey")during the construction process of land surveying and demarcation vector data usually causes area error.This paper summarized the use of Excel pivot tables and followed the principle that data with smaller values in the next digit of the rounding decimal are not rounded off.It took into account the difference between the total area of each land category under each jurisdiction after rounding and the total area that has not been rounded,as well as the proportion of the area value of the land category to be modified in this jurisdiction,to select the forced data trimming rule for the area value of the land category under each jurisdiction to be modified.This method has been widely applied in practical projects,and its results are more accurate and reasonable,providing good data support for better serving the land use approval work of natural resources administrative authorities.关键词
