Application of Traditional Chinese Medicine and humanistic clinical skills in psychosomatic diseases

Abstract
Psychosomatic diseases reflect the interaction between psychology and physiology,and their incidence is continuously rising with increasing social pressure and health demands.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)psychosomatic medicine,centered on a holistic view and syndrome differentiation,emphasizes the synchronous regulation of both mind and body,providing a unique theoretical basis and clinical advantages for the prevention and treatment of psychosomatic diseases.Humanistic clinical practice,as an essential component of TCM treatment,improves the doctor-patient relationship and significantly enhances therapeutic effectiveness by focusing on patients'psychological needs,strengthening emotional communication,and establishing mutual trust.This article,from the perspective of humanistic clinical practice,systematically explores the status quo and strategies of TCM application in humanistic care,offering new ideas and practical approaches for the treatment of psychosomatic diseases.关键词
