164例血管性抑郁患者的中医证素特征研究
A study of the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine pattern factors in 164 patients with vascular depression

Abstract
Objective To explore the characteristics of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)pattern factors in patients with vascular depression.Methods The general data and information of 164 patients with vascular depression and the TCM four diagnoses were collected,and the distribution characteristics of the pattern factors were analyzed by weighting and summing the evidence elements attributed to the patients'TCM symptoms and signs,respectively.Results Among the 164 patients included,liver(81.71%),heart and spirit(43.90%),kidney(29.27%),and spleen(27.44%)were the main disease location pattern factors,and qi stagnation(75.61%),yin deficiency(74.39%),qi deficiency(72.56%),yang deficiency(61.59%),and blood deficiency(57.32%)were the main disease nature pattern factors.The composition ratios of the location factors of the spleen,stomach and lung in different degrees of depression were statistically different(P<0.05),and the composition ratios of the nature factors of qi deficiency and blood deficiency in different degrees of depression were statistically different(P<0.05).Conclusion By summarizing the symptoms of the disease,it is found that the disease is mostly due to the liver,easily attacks the spleen,damages the kidney essence and depletes the heart and spirit,with qi stagnation running through the whole process.As the disease progresses,qi deficiency is the most important factor,and blood,yin and yang deficiencies are seen at the same time.关键词
