地榆治痢效用及临证炮制应用特色辨析
Analysis on the efficacy of Diyu(Radix Sanguisorbae)in treating dysentery and its clinical application in processing and usage
摘要
Abstract
Diyu(Radix Sanguisorbae)is a common and effective herb for the clinical treatment of dysentery.This paper explores and analyzes the relevant ancient texts regarding Diyu's role in treating dysentery,focusing on its therapeutic effects and clinical applications,as well as its processing characteristics.We conclude that Diyu promotes ulcer healing and tissue regeneration,clearing intestinal heat and pathogenic factors,and has hemostatic properties.Raw Diyu is suitable for febrile dysentery or the remaining pathogens in the intestine.Fried Diyu is appropriate for children with insufficient organ qi.The charred form of the herb has an even stronger astringent property,helping to stop bleeding,relieve pain,and clear damp-heat.This makes it especially useful for conditions with pus and blood discharge,chronic dysentery,and those with spleen deficiency,weakness,and damp-heat.The paper aims to clarify the unique therapeutic characteristics of Diyu in treating dysentery,providing clinical guidance for more precise herb selection and improving therapeutic efficacy.关键词
