应用温病学名方辨治儿童肺炎支原体感染
Application of classical warm disease prescriptions in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children

Abstract
Infection with Mycoplasma pneumoniae(MP)in children is characterized by typical symptoms of fever and cough,often accompanied by headache,runny nose,expectoration,sore throat,ear pain,etc.In Traditional Chinese Medicine,it falls into the category of epidemic pestilence.While modern practitioners often attribute this disease to a warm-heat nature,clinically,children with MP infection often present with symptoms such as fatigue,heavy limbs,lethargy,persistent low fever,thick and greasy tongue coating,sticky stools.The illness is recurrent and prolonged,indicating a dampness component in this disease.The causes and pathogenesis of dampness in MP infection encompass:MP-induced pathogenic qi combined with dampness,causing harm;internal injury to the Taiyin meridians leading to latent dampness in the body;excessive use of medications causing injury to the vital qi and generating dampness;and the combination of heat and dampness leading to depletion and deficiency.The treatment of MP infection follows the principles of differentiating and treating damp-heat patterns in epidemic pestilence,which include using aromatic herbs to dispel impurities and promote diuresis to eliminate damp-toxin,reconciling the Shaoyang meridians to resolve dampness and disperse heat,and promoting the dispersion of stagnated fire while lifting the pure and descending the turbid.Furthermore,clinical case studies are presented to elucidate the application of famous formulas for warm diseases for the differentiation and treatment of MP infection in children.关键词
